Do you only work with endurance athletes?

No! We work with people from all kinds of backgrounds – including folks who aren’t yet ready to call themselves athletes. That includes weight lifters, hikers, soccer players, hockey players, motorcyclists, baseball players, and more!

Do you work with high school athletes?

Yes! We will work with athletes as young as 14 years old (or younger on a case-by-case basis). We do require that at least one parent or guardian be present for the first session, as these youths are often not fully responsible for all of their own food. After the first session, we can decide together if it’s appropriate for an adult to continue to sit in on sessions or if sessions would be more productive with only the dietitian and the youth.

Can I still work with you if I’m not vegan/vegetarian?

Yes! We help folks shift their focus toward a plant-forward way of eating. For some folks that does mean going fully vegan or vegetarian, but for many others it doesn’t. We can still work together if you do still eat meat, dairy, eggs, or fish.

Do you also coach?

Yes! Deborah is certified as a USAT Level 1 triathlon coach and has extensive experience coaching youth and adult runners. Please contact us for more information.
