Ways to work together:

Initial sessions typically last about 60-75 minutes. We’ll discuss your health history, relationship with food, and goals. Together, we will build a plan that suits your lifestyle and dietary preferences.

During follow-up sessions of 30-45 minutes, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges you’ve encountered, and work together to keep you on track with your goals.

All sessions are conducted virtually using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing service.
