Initial sessions typically last about one hour. We’ll discuss your health history and goals and work together to build a plan that suits your lifestyle and dietary preferences.

During follow-up sessions, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges you’ve encountered, and work together to keep you on track with your goals.

12 Week Nutrition Coaching Bundle (flexible scheduling, must be used within 6 months of initial session)

  • 1 initial session (60-75 minutes)
  • 6 follow-up sessions (30-45 minutes every other week)
  • 7-day personalized meal plan for 1 goal race (or 2 additional follow-up sessions)
  • $997 paid in full + receive weekly recipes and meal planning resources
  • Or 3 monthly installments of $339

24 Week Nutrition Coaching Bundle (flexible scheduling, must be used within 9 months of initial session)

  • 1 initial session (60-75 minutes)
  • 12 follow-up sessions (30-45 minutes every other week)
  • Two 7-day personalized meal plans for 2 goal races (or up to 4 additional follow-up sessions)

Race Week Meal Planning

Ideal for any endurance athlete looking to relieve race week stress. You’ve worked hard to get to race day. Don’t let nutrition choices in the days leading up to the race sideline you with GI discomfort or distress during your big event. We’ll review your nutrition goals, fueling needs, and any dietary restrictions and preferences in a 30-minute one-on-one session. Then sit back and let me do the rest. You’ll receive a detailed plan with your race week recommendations, including menu choices at local restaurants for traveling athletes.
