During follow-up sessions, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges you’ve encountered, and work together to keep you on track with your goals.

December is often a time of feasting, holiday gatherings, rich foods, and family time. How often have you forgotten to nourish yourself? Do you prioritize your own wellness? Or do you put everyone else’s needs before your own?

What would it feel like to get in touch with yourself, your needs, your wellness? What if you could nourish yourself and those around you and feel revitalized and grounded this holiday season instead of drained and dysregulated?

In just four weeks – for about an hour per week – you’ll learn the tools you need to listen to the innate wisdom of your body. Each week, you’ll join a group call for about 30-45 minutes of reviewing each week’s theme, then we’ll have time for questions and discussion. Calls will be recorded and uploaded to the course site, so even if you can’t attend live, you’ll still be able to get all the information and ask questions on your own time. You’ll find ways to nourish yourself without diets, restriction, or another set of food rules. We’ll work together to identify strategies you can use right away to make small changes to what you’re already eating, cooking, and buying, so you can enter the new year focused on bigger goals and dreams instead of chasing another fad weight-loss plan or total diet overhaul you’ll want to abandon after a few days.
