Nutrition Counseling
Personalized fueling support for energy, endurance, recovery & overall well-being
Nutrition Counseling provides individualized guidance to help you fuel your training, daily life, and overall health in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Common topics we can work on in session include:
- fueling for training cycles and performance
- hydration and electrolytes made simple
- GI comfort and reducing mid-run stomach issues
- plant-forward eating at any comfort level
- navigating hunger cues, fullness, and energy needs
- rebuilding trust with food after chronic dieting
- supportive care alongside eating disorder recovery
- (with appropriate medical and therapeutic oversight)
- Medical Nutrition Therapy for chronic conditions, including:
- elevated cholesterol
- hypertension
- diabetes and prediabetes
- anemia
- hormonal imbalance
- autoimmune conditions

Session Format
Initial Assessment (60–75 minutes)
Deep exploration of training, nutrition patterns, medical history, mindset, goals, and barriers.
Follow-Up Sessions (45–60 minutes)
Applied strategies, accountability, symptom improvement, confidence and skill-building over time.

Follow-Up Nutrition Counseling Sessions: $120

Can I still work with you if I’m not vegan or vegetarian?
Yes. Many of our athletes simply want to eat more plants while still including animal products. We focus on fueling, energy, and performance—not labels or restriction.
Do you only work with endurance athletes?
Endurance athletes are our primary focus, but we also support people who strength train, cross-train, play team sports, or are returning to movement.
